To acquire the rare materials you need special Diamond Pickaxes which you can get by participating in the Alliance Meteor Festival from June 24, 12:00 pm UTC through June 30, 11:00 UTC.

HOW TO PLAY
This Festival challenges you to collect Diamond Pickaxes from various activities in the game.
โ๏ธ You can get 20, 30, 40, 60, 80, 170 Diamond Pickaxes from 1-6 level chests in the following events:
- Blacksmithing (25.06) โ 180k points (3k per player)
- The Common Good (26.06) โ 140k points (2k per player)
- Expeditions to the Distant Lands (27.06) โ 100k points (1,5k per player)
- The Trade Mission (28.06) โ 200k points (3k per player)
- Event of Recruitment (29.06) โ 30m points (430k per player)
โ๏ธ Here are some more ways to get Diamond Pickaxes:
- 50 Diamond Pickaxes may be found in the Wheel of Fortune. If youโre lucky enough, of course.
- 8, 20, 30, 120 Diamond Pickaxes can be acquired by sending Expeditions based on their level (1 through 4 respectively)
- 10 Pickaxes can be obtained from chests on the global map.
- Various amounts of Pickaxes can be found in the edicts (!after you add a new batch):
